I freely and voluntarily give my consent ("opt in") to participate in the ERS Talent Network. I understand that I may be contacted by ERS to discuss my career interests and preferences, and upcoming opportunities that may be a fit for my unique knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience. I understand ERS is building a Talent Network application. Once the system is ready for use, I will be granted permission to access and manage my own profile.

I understand that I may withdraw my consent ("opt out") at any time. I may opt out by sending an email from the email address I provide above to administration@thinkemergent.com with "Talent Network Opt Out Request" in the subject line. Within 7 days of receipt of this email, ERS will stop contacting me related to the ERS Talent Network and ERS job opportunities. If I wish to confirm that I have been opted out by phone, I may call 985-507-2011 during regular business hours.
