Originally from southeastern Louisiana, Miss Brooks brings over 9 years of experience in the FEMA Public Assistance grants program, along with more than 20 years of diverse expertise in customer service, account relationship management, financial controls, banking operations, research, compliance, and federal regulations.

Tracey is known for a strong work ethic, excellent time management, the ability to prioritize effectively, and strong critical thinking skills.

While working for GOHSEP, Miss Brooks received multiple outstanding performance awards between 2015 and 2024.

In her free time, Miss Brooks enjoys volunteering for the Baton Rouge Food Bank. ERS is proud to have Tracey on its team.
