Dillion has a diverse academic and professional background spanning areas of earth and environmental science, energy and resource development, policy research and public services. He has over 15 years of experience managing complex operational and logistical challenges through work in project management consulting, and 4 years of public service consulting experience with local government, state, and federal agencies.
His more recent work includes hazard mitigation and resilience planning, policy and programmatic research, funding strategy development, and grant preparation for state agencies and parish governments in Louisiana, as well as public assistance administration for private sector clients in Arkansas and the Carolinas.
He is also an experienced field researcher and drone operator, whose data products have been utilized in land use characterization, planning, permitting, and project monitoring applications in the Rocky Mountains and Gulf Coast regions.
