Crystal Golden is a seasoned professional with 14 years of experience in government administration, disaster response and recovery programs. Crystal has successfully led many projects from inception to completion, demonstrating a strong commitment to meticulous planning, resource management, and achieving project objectives.

Crystal has developed a deep understanding of federal programmatic requirements, along with an appreciation of the complexity and nuance of federal programs. She has developed great skill in grant formulation, grant management, grant closeout, documentation management, quality assurance, and overall project coordination and management.

She has actively contributed to major incidents, including Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, Ike, Laura, Delta, and Ida, among others. She has provided strategic guidance to subgrantees, project formulation, compliance reviews, and communication facilitation between the many stakeholders of federal grant programs.
