Ms. Jolly has obtained more than eight years of combined experience and expertise in the FEMA Individual Assistance and government-funded public service programs. She is an accomplished administrative professional, currently serving as Program Management Lead for the Hurricane Ida Disaster Case Management Program for Louisiana GOHSEP.
Ms. Jolly is currently attending Southern University in pursuit of a B.S. in Accounting. Her diverse professional background includes roles such as Assistant Executive Director of the Lafourche Parish Housing Authority, Public Housing Supervisor for East Baton Rouge Parish Housing Authority, and Housing Choice Voucher Department Lead for the Lafourche Parish House Authority.
She is adept in leading teams through rigorous training pertaining to public service assistance programs. She has notable expertise with planning, management, and program administration.
